HOW CAN I PAY?
You have several payment methods:
- Bank Transfer, transfer of the value of your order to IBAN PT50 0046 0042 0060 0247 9741 6, Identification Code (BIC) - CRBNPTPL.
It is necessary to send proof of transfer. Otherwise, your order will only be dispatched once the funds transferred are available in our bank account.
- Credit Card
SEND TO COLLECTION?
We do not send material to the collection. The payment is in advance.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery is made through the company ‘DPD’ within 24 hours after payment, except for any conditions such as stock break, changes in address, at the express request of the customer, and technical problems on the part of the DPD company.
HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?
The cost of shipping your order depends on the order's total weight and is automatically estimated when filling out the purchase form.
HOW TO ACTIVATE A PRODUCT WARRANTY?
You must contact us by phone or email, providing the necessary data, and we will promptly send a courier from DPD to collect the item. After verifying that the item is within the warranty terms, a new product will be sent to replace the old one or, in the case of Aspiration Plants, the repaired plant.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT THE INVOICE DID NOT COME
All invoices are sent via email to the email on the payment form after the order has been shipped. If you haven't received it, please check your spam box or send us an email asking for a 2nd copy.
I WANT TO RECEIVE AN ORDER OUTSIDE COVERED TERRITORIES, HOW DO I DO IT?
Currently, the list of territories covered by LAC | Central Aspiration Store is as follows:
Portugal, Spain, England, Monaco, Luxembourg, Belgium, Switzerland, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Denmark
If you want to receive material from us for a country that is not included in the list above, send us an email with your name, delivery address and contact details, and a proposal will be sent with shipping costs.
DO YOU NEED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AT HOME?
Yes, through an Ecoreflexus group company. It costs 45€ (+ VAT), including Travel and Labor, excluding any damaged parts. Contact us by phone or via email to arrange your assistance! We only provide technical assistance in the District of Lisbon and Setúbal. (consult the counties covered)
If you are outside these Municipalities, we have the Pickup & Repair system.
WHAT IS PICKUP & REPAIR?
The PICKUP & REPAIR System allows us to collect damaged central vacuum systems anywhere in the country.
It costs 20€ (+ VAT), excluding the value of any damaged part.
Your central is collected by a DPD courier and sent to our warehouse, where a diagnosis and budget are made.
We will then contact you to obtain budget approval.
After the repair of your exchange, a Multibanco Entity and Reference is sent so that you can pay for the repair, or if you prefer, through a bank transfer.
Courier then returns your Central to the address you specify.
Note: If you choose not to repair the exchange, you only have to pay the PICKUP cost of 20€ (+ VAT) and your exchange is returned to you via courier.
